The management of Mecanizados Moan S.L. thanks to the Quality and Environmental Policy, lays down the objective of giving the clients the products and services demanded with the corresponding requirements, improving the efficacy of our services. The company also has the commitment of preventing the pollution that our performance could cause.
At Mecanizados Moan, S.L., a company dedicated to the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of all types of parts, components, and machinery, we offer the option of fully managing the entire repair and manufacturing process for industrial machinery. This includes design development, drawing plans, manufacturing parts, and assembly of the machine or equipment at the client’s facilities. We also offer the option of managing the maintenance of industrial facilities.
Mecanizados Moan, S.L. has decided to implement an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, in accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards. This system is based on the following points, considered objectives and general guidelines:
- Continuous improvement of our efficiency, especially our rapidity to solve emergencies.
- Compliance of the demanded requires by our clients, by the Quality System and by the legal aspects.
- Giving our workers information and formation about environmental aspects related to our activity and offering them the ways to prevent the risks, showing an environmental sensitivity.
- Accepting our commitment to improve in a continuous way and defend the environment establishing objectives that can guarantee it.
- Offering all our workers formation to improve the quality of our services.
- Analyzing the information to prevent mistakes and get an improvement of our products and services.
- Detecting imperfect products and destroying the causes that create these failures.
This Policy will be checked at least once a year to assure its suitable capacity and it must be communicated to all the employees.
The Policy will be public and it will be distributed to everyone who asks for it.
